The award-winning properties of The Luxury Hotels group, Grand Hotel Palace and Mediterranean Palace in Thessaloniki, are currently undergoing extensive renovation works, under the three-phase upgrade project, Rebrand – Renovate – ReLux.
“The hotels are investing in the upgrade of their infrastructure and services, aiming to provide their guests with high-quality experience and also adjust to the international tourism developments and future trends”.
More specifically, the group in 2017 changed its corporate identity during the “Rebrand” phase. Furthermore, the Mediterranean Palace and -since June 2018 – the Grand Hotel Palace are carrying out a three-year makeover plan under the “Renovate” phase. “The ultimate goal is to create a special ‘ReLux’ experience for our visitors”
The renovation plan involves the hotels’ interior public areas, which will be upgraded with a new modern design and high-quality materials. The project also focuses on ecological consciousness with the use of eco-friendly techniques and materials; technology; products and services of Greek enterprises, as well as the donation of equipment to charitable organizations.
The architectural design of the interior areas will be based on their operation (rooms, conference venues, lobby, and restaurants) with luxury and elegant aesthetics as their common element.
